Terminal F

Dear passengers, Ukraine International Airlines operates all it international scheduled and charter flights to/from TERMINAL F at Kiev Boryspil International Airport (KBP).

All UIA domestic flights, as of 8 September 2011, operate to/from TERMINAL B at Kiev Boryspil International Airport.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR TRANSIT PASSANGERS

Transit passengers arriving at KBP should be aware of the following procedures:

Connecting from International to International flights:

At check-in for you flight to Kiev, please inform the staff about your transit flight through Kiev Boryspil Airport. Upon arrival at Kiev Boryspil Airport Terminal F look for the Transit and Transfer Check-in desk located to the right of the entrance. Its staff will help check you in for your onward international flight. Although all UIA international scheduled flights operate to and from Terminal F, some code-share and partner airline connecting flights will continue operating from Terminal B. If this is the case, you will be offered a free shuttle bus service which will deliver you from Terminal F to Terminal B.

While waiting for your connecting flight you may want to visit the Duty Free shops or the cafe in the general departure hall.

The reverse procedure applies for transfers from Terminal B to Terminal F. Please, contact the Transit and Transfer Check-in desk.

Connecting from International to Domestic flights:

On arrival at Kiev Boryspil Airport, you have to collect your baggage and then clear customs before transferring to Terminal B for your domestic flight onward.

Travelling from Terminal F to Terminal B:

• At the exit of Terminal F you can find a free shuttle-bus circulating between the terminals every 20 minutes.
  Approximate journey time: 3-5 min.
• You can also walk to Terminal B which is located 300 meters straight and to the right from the Terminal F.
  Approximate walking time: 8-10 min.

Connecting from Domestic to International flights:

Upon arrival at Terminal B, you must collect your luggage and check in at the desk for Transfer passengers OR make your way to the Terminal F to check in for your international flight.

Getting from Terminal B to Terminal F:

• At the exit of Terminal B you will find a free shuttle bus circulating between the terminals every 20 minutes.
  Approximate journey time: 3-5 min.
• You can also walk to the Terminal F which is located 300 meters to the left of the Terminal B.
  Approximate walking time: 8-10 min.

You can always ask the UIA or the airport staff for assistance: they will help find your way around the airport and provide necessary information.
