Claim Miles
According to our agreement with Swiss International Air Lines miles for its flights are credited only if originals of boarding passes and air tickets are presented to Panorama club office: 201-203, Kharkivske Shosse, room 716, Kiev, 02121, Ukraine.
Redeem Miles with Swiss International Air Lines!
To redeem your miles on Swiss Int’l Air Lines for an award ticket, please contact the Panorama Club Call Centre a minimum of 5 days prior to your intended date of departure otherwise a USD 40 penalty will be taken. Your booking will be subject to seats availability. The applicable taxes on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of issuing the ticket.

Earning Miles with Swiss International Air Lines
Miles will be earned on all regular flights operated and marketed by Swiss Int’l Air Lines. Code-share flights operated or marketed by Swiss Int’l Air Lines& will not qualify for miles, e.g.:
Êyiv-Zürich LX 4271, Zürich-Kiev LX 4270
- Miles can be accrued on revenue tickets issued on First, Business and Economy classes of Swiss Int’l Air Lines flights.
- Mileage earning is based on the distance flown.
- Booking classes O, I, R, N, X do not qualify for mileage earning.
- Charter flights operated by Swiss Int’l Air Lines will not be eligible for mileage earning.
- Miles earned on Swiss Int’l Air Lines flights will not qualify for Premium status.
