Upgrade Request
Before sending your request for an upgrade please read our upgrade conditions.First of all, please buy an economy class ticket and then fill-in this form to request an upgrade. We will contact you as soon as this request has been processed.
Please note:
- Booking classes G, J, M, N, T, U, X are not eligible for upgrade.
- If a ticket is issued at the agency, an upgrade to business class on UIA flights (for Panorama Club miles) can only be made if UIA flights are issued on a separate ticket.
- When redeeming Panorama Club miles for an upgrade on UIA London-Kyiv, Paris-Kiev and Nice-Kiev flights, you shall pay the difference between the airport charges for economy and business class.
- AN UPGRADE MUST BE ORDERED NO LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.
- Upgrade Request applies to Ukraine International Airlines flights only.
