Collect MilesIn order to earn miles please quote your membership number when making a booking and/or present your membership card at the check-in desk before departure (when flying either with Ukraine International or with a partner airline). Miles will not be awarded for flights or services taken more than six months ago. Please remember to present your card when booking a service of other program partners. If your miles haven’t been credited to your account automatically, you can send copies of your tickets and boarding passes by fax at +380 44 230 8866 or via e-mail panorama@ps.kiev.ua. Flights operated by UIA, as well as the UIA quota of seats on code-sharing flights are booked under the code PS*. Miles are credited in compliance with the information indicated in the ticket. Important. On 10 May 2010, the interest charge of miles has been changed depending on the class booked and fare paid. Important. As of 1 January 2010, miles for UIA charter flights are not credited. The number of miles credited to your account is based on the actual flight distance. Depending on the class booked and fare paid, the actual flight distance is multiplied by a corresponding factor (0; 0,5; 1,0; 1,2; 1,5).

120% of miles for Z class are credited from 01.12.2010. Before 01.12.2010 100% of miles were credited for Z class. 50% of miles for J class are credited from 25.03.2012. Before 25.03.2012 100% of miles were credited for J class. * from 25.03.2012 100% of miles for I class are credited in case of upgrade. For award ticket in I class no miles are credited. |
